The Little Things

After a long week at work (I’m new to the 9/80 work weeks), I’m excited to be home in Tulsa for the weekend for some much needed rest and relaxation with family. My birthday is coming up in the next couple weeks, so we decided that Memorial Day weekend would be the perfect opportunity to celebrate with a big family BBQ and pool party. And while I’m excited to celebrate with everyone, I’ll also be remembering all the courageous men and women who have died protecting our great country. It’s so, so important to never forget the true reason for this holiday and to do all that we can to thank those (and their families) who have given us the opportunity to live our lives to the fullest. I hope you have a nice long weekend spent with the ones you love!
