Hi, friends! Today I am so, so excited to share with you a special collaboration I’ve been working on this summer with Boulder Lifestyle Magazine. In this month’s issue, I’ve written an article about the must-visit restaurants and shops in one of my all-time favorite small towns–Louisville, Colorado.
I discovered the charming town of Louisville somewhat by chance during my first few months of being in Boulder, but have since fallen deeply, madly in love with this community-centered, insanely charismatic small town that’s only 15 minutes away. (You may recall my love affair with pie at The Huckleberry from this post. It’s so good!)
