LIFE SERIES The Little Things

The Little Things

This week was surprisingly productive and I’m excited to carry it straight into the weekend. Besides studying and working on research, I’m looking forward to taking it easy with Allen and surprising him with a date night at the movies to see Zootopia. Have you seen the trailer yet? It looks hilarious, and Allen has been begging me to go see it. He’s such a kid at heart. 😛 I’m not much better though…all it takes to convince me to go to the movies is a big bag of popcorn and a family size package of Twizzlers. And I’m pretty sure (from a spontaneous poll I took in my office last Friday) that I’m the only person who legitimately loves Twizzlers anymore. Anyone else out there love the sweet, delicious rope candy too? At any rate, here are a few of the little things that brightened my week. Enjoy your weekend, friends!

Aww, thank you so much Carol! It definitely is a nice reminder to stop and smell the roses a little each week. Sometimes it seems like we get caught up in all the hustle and bustle of the week, but it’s nice to slow down sometimes too. 🙂 It’s what makes life so great in my opinion! Thanks for stopping by, Carol!
